Thom Pertler is already back at Carlton County

Thom Pertler, embroiled in controversy, failed leadership, and failed protection of the people is already back at work.  His short stint in treatment appears to be nothing more than a ploy for a light sentence.  How can the so-called justice system in Carlton County, already seriously deficient, gain from the presence of a terrible county attorney?  How can one possibly think that the mere presence of Pertler will not taint the case?

 Everyone needs to write their county commissioners and demand Pertler's removal.  Where is the ethics panel and its oversight in removing Mr. Pertler?  While it would be unprecedented in Carlton County for them to remove a problem employee, it is necessary.  Will it be done?  Highly unlikely.  The best we can do is hold every person who is elected responsible for their failure to uphold a standard worthy of public officials.

Pertler has to go and so do some other elected officials.
